Buyer Protection Policy For Website Purchase:
We understand that customers buy products from our site purely on trust. We reciprocate this trust by taking responsibility for any dissatisfaction arising as a result of such purchases.
All Prices are in INR. Placing of order is deemed acceptance of all terms and conditions by you.
Order once placed cannot be canceled or modified from the buyer's side. Payment once made will not be refunded. We take all efforts to execute the order in time, but we are not responsible for any delay in the execution/delivery of the order for reasons beyond our control. There will be no refund/compensations for such delay For any reason We are unable to execute your order full amount will be refunded in form of a credit note after duly confirmation from the buyer. No refund in form of cash / bank transfer or any other mode will be made, A credit note will be issued to be utilized against future purchases.
In case of Damaged or defective products, customers may return merchandise purchased from www.galileotelescope.com up to and including 7 (seven) days after receipt of merchandise for a full credit of the purchase price. No refund in form of cash / bank transfer or any other mode will be made, A credit note will be issued to be utilized against a future purchases. The item needs to be returned in new, resalable condition with all original boxes and packing. A full refund will be given only if the product is returned in new condition, complete in its original packaging, with all warranty cards, accessories, manuals, etc. included. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned goods must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. A credit note will be issued for the returned goods, which can be used for future purchases. Cash refunds will not be made.
No return will be accepted on opened, damaged or used items, software, or publications. While we take utmost care in packing the product to safeguard your interests, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit.
Returns will not be accepted after seven days without prior approval from our management. We will work with customers who have special circumstances, especially with regard to gifts; yet, we reserve the right to refuse return after seven days of receipt of the product by the customer.
Shipping Error:
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s) from US, please contact us by phone or e-mail and obtain an RGA number. Simply return the wrong item(s) after we send you the RGA number; WE will ship the correct item(s) to you at no additional cost.
Product Damaged During Shipment:
Customers should always inspect packages and their contents immediately after delivery. Shipping damages must be reported immediately to the carrier of the package. Inform US that you have received damaged goods and are in communication with the carrier. WE will follow up with the carrier as well.
Customers should NEVER send damaged merchandise directly back to US without the RGA number. WE will not accept any returned merchandise without an RGA number. We will always do our best to replace damaged goods as quickly as possible, but proper procedures must be followed in order to receive the replacement merchandise at no charge.
Defective Merchandise:
If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact US. We will discuss the problem with you and will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Defective products fall under the domain of the manufacturer; WE will provide assistance and support in dealing with the manufacturer. Different manufacturers have different methods of handling defective products, and they usually undertake to repair or replace the item in a reasonable amount of time. Our standard return policy applies if the item is returned for a refund.
